Proven Results, Real Feedback

We selected One Stop Patio Shop not only because of the competitive quote but because we found the salesman very informative and friendly. Everything was undertaken as agreed. The installer used by One Stop was terrific, very friendly and open with all information. The installer cared about my property as much as getting the job done, which was refreshing. He did a first class job with the installation. He also maintained my home in a neat and tidy state while he worked. A great experience overall.

You looked after us in service, price & installation. We get so many comments from family & friends on how great the patio looks and what a good job the installers did.

Working with One Stop Patio Shop was as easy as we had been told. We had done all our research and knew a few people who had used One Stop Patio Shop to build their patios, so for us it seemed an obvious choice. We researched online what people were saying about One Stop Patio Shop and the customer service seemed to stand out. We already had a patio, but it was old and rickety, what we wanted was effectively an outside man cave. We had a sit down with Kim, the rep from One Stop and he did all the measurements and we chatted about our expectations. After another appointment (to confirm exact details) we went ahead. The timeline was explained to use and it was an easy timeline to follow. One Stop Patio Shop completed all the paperwork for Council approval and pushed everything through. Once our patio was up (about 14 weeks from the initial consultation) we were able to make it the man cave that we had desired.

At the same time we were lucky enough to spin the wheel. Wow, we actually won a prize and it was a bloody good prize – $2000 travel voucher. This was an absolute godsend, instead of going on a wonderful holiday we put this voucher to work and got our parents out from UK. This meant that our parents received a once in a lifetime month long trip to the land of milk and honey.

Thank you One Stop Patio Shop.

We had our patio installed on the 26th & 27th of May. We are very grateful that the scheduling of the patio came in just before the rain and also our holiday.

The fellow (Marty) that turned up, slightly ans systematically set up the whole structure. He did a fabulous job.

Not just myself and Paul are impressed but so are the neighbours. This new weather proof patio will make such a difference to our daily lives.

We would not hesitate to recommend your business to any potential client in the future.

We are really pleased with our new patio with Tasmanian Oak lining. And as you said yourself when you measured for the job, the area where it has been installed was ideal for it.

We have been delighted with the customer service all the way through the project, and think the standard of craftsmanship of the whole structure is quite unsurpassed.

Would you please pass on our thanks to all the people involved who worked so tirelessly. We will have no hesitation in recommending your company to people we know.

You mentioned about taking photographs, you are welcome anytime!

I have nothing but total satisfaction with the patio recently installed on my property in Jess Road, Bullsboork. The entire interaction between myself, One Stop Patio Shop and their sub contractors has been exemplary with all aspects completed on time and to a very high standard. On top of this, the personal interactions between myself and all One Stop Patio Shops employee and subcontractors for he duration of the process has been the highest standard I have experienced within the building/construction industry in WA for a long time.

Specific thanks go to the following people:

- Alan – who really knew his product and all associate processes during the initial stages
- John – who organised all material deliveries in good time and at the specified location
- Sharon – who makes you feel good, even when taking your money
- And finally to Kim and Russell from GoTo Timber Design whose workmanship, attention to detail, customer service skills and technical knowledge was, in my opinion, the best I have ever received from tradesmen in this state.

Many people have already commented on the excellent workmanship and finish to our patio and I have certainly passed on your company details without reservation. Hopefully there will be more work in this area for both One Stop Patio Shop and GoTo Timber Design as a result of your skill and professionalism with our job.

Thank you for my beautiful patio.

Before I decided to go with your company I had several quotes from other firms, but they did not fit my three Q’s specifications:

Quality Service
Quality Merchandise
Quality of Price
Your One Stop Patio Shop had all of these, they also gave the best value for money.

I would recommend your company to anyone who is looking to buy or replace a patio.

Our sincere thanks for the wonderful job, and for your advice to design what must have been a challenging exercise. You have great tradesmen and they are professional, excellent workers where nothing was too much trouble.
