How much deposit is required and how do I get the job underway?

A deposit of 6.5% is required for us to proceed with the Shire process. We will also need a Site plan of your property as it sits on your block and a neighbours’ comment form, which must be signed if the Patio is inside the Shire’s setback requirements.
