Yes, One Stop Patio Shop will take care of everything. We allow approx. 4 weeks for the Building Licence, Planning Application and the Water Corporation to be processed through Shire. Our consultants will have all the relevant documents for you to sign so there will be no hold ups waiting for forms to be signed. If you are building close to the boundary you will be notified that a neighbors comment form will need to be signed, this will be provided by us and will need to be filled out by your neighbors.
