We are! Many of our projects require approval. We make it simple for our clients to navigate through this process. We allow approx. 4 weeks for the Building Licence, Planning Application, and Water Corporation to be processed through the Shire.

A deposit of 6.5% is required for us to proceed with the Shire process. We will also need a Site plan of your property as it sits on your block and a neighbours’ comment form, which must be signed if the Patio is inside the Shire’s setback requirements.

Yes, as soon as we receive the building licence we will call you to inform you that your first progress Payment is due and your job will proceed with the ordering stage. We will call you again three weeks before Installation to advise you of the delivery date of the materials and the date of Installation.
Firstly the shape is different with the Gable having a pitched roof and the Dome a curved roof. A Gable Patio has a color bond roof with skylights to allow light into the area. The Dome Patio has a plastic roof which allows light through the whole roof area.
We allow several options to pay for your Patio. We take cheques, cash and most credit cards, which can be used to pay in person or over the phone. Unfortunately, we currently we do not offer direct payments into our bank account.
